I have ordered on 08.112021 at Druck-Expert UG in Ulm a kitchen back wall foil coffee with the order 44877 and paid in real time. Unfortunately, I lift until today on 28.01.2022 on all my inquiries neither an answer or my ordered and paid goods or my money back. How can I still give a positive recommendation????

Yes you are absolutely right. But at this moment there was a system error saying that some orders were not delivered. This error is very curious. It signals to us that the goods have been delivered. Due to the current situation with Corona, we have to order a lot over the Internet. Just because the hardware stores are also closed and so far always made good experiences.
Only with pressure - Expert we have been disappointed! We are waiting after a shipping confirmation for about 2 weeks for our order. During this time, no information or justification of a delay came, only when we asked ourselves. With the 1.answer/quote: We are sorry.... Order slipped out of the system, which theoretically does not work.... Customer service looks different!!!

After a long wait, we then received the order and can not say anything negative about the product.
Is just sad that there are online companies ... Who do not consider customer service important when sending!
The statement... What theoretically does not work...is probably a protective statement that the company does not want to admit even times to make mistakes.

Very nice and looks great.The best way to attach if you spray the wall with Prilwasser, then you can push the better around. Then smooth with the Spartel. BUT be careful, Spartel not use without the soft edge otherwise there are scratches.

In addition to the excellent print, I was particularly impressed by the professional packaging. I had ordered 2 large formats on acrylic. A personal call informing me about the backlight requirements was very informative. The two pictures also survived an odyssey with parcel service TNT. Although the cardboard box was a bit battered on the outside, a solid roof batten frame prevented damage. I can recommend the store 100%. Here work professionals!

Sorry, the films offered are not suitable to paste over tile backsplashes. You can see every little bump and joint. Save your money and do something else. Too bad a pile of money in the sand.
