Durdane Meyer-Boland facilitated a team day for our daycare center on the topic of resilience, stress and time management. We dealt with the theory and got to know lots of exercises that can be used quickly and easily in everyday life. It was an all-round successful day.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a feedback and communication seminar with Ms. Meyer-Boland. I was very satisfied with the way the topics were presented and the content itself. The tasks within the seminar were consistently exciting and creatively posed. Ms. Meyer-Boland was able to create a very pleasant working atmosphere within the group within a short period of time, even though the seminar was an online format.
I am sure that I will be able to apply the newly learned communication strategies and feedback rules in a professional context in the future.

Before I came to Durdane, I had enormous stress that affected my stomach and intestines. The consequences were psoriasis, which manifested itself with red patches all over my skin. Doctors at that time only told me that it was "not curable" and prescribed me a cortisone ointment. With Durdane, we put together a plan of supplements that were just right for me. Just by changing my intestinal environment and consulting Durdane, psoriasis is now a thing of the past. I no longer have any symptoms and am super grateful to her! Recommendation? 100%
