In the discussions, Mr. Dobischok always addressed the individual needs and circumstances. The own concerns are in the first place.

Dustin provides an incredible sense of security, he really considers every little detail and works with the best of his knowledge and conscience to achieve my future goals. He also advises only in the interest of my needs. No attempts to simply implement contracts, as is usually the case with banks/consultants. Even in his spare time, he is immediately there for you and takes on tasks that do not belong to his field of activity, simply to help.

Dustin has not only become my best advisor, but also a good friend. I look forward to many more years of working together and achieving my goals.

Retirement planning, protection and moving into my own home. Dustin has made it happen on the best terms.

The conversation with Mr. Dobischok was extremely informative and very pleasant. Many financing options were opened up to me that I didn't even know about beforehand, since my bank couldn't offer them to me and therefore didn't draw my attention to them.
I am very happy to have Mr. Dobischok as my contact person and will contact him first as soon as I have found the right property to plan and implement a suitable and individual financing for me.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Dobischok for his intensive and successful support during our real estate purchase! Already in the run-up Dustin Dobischok was recommended to us and we had directly a good feeling. We did not expect that we would then be so well looked after!

First of all, we were positively surprised that we did not have to pay Mr. Dobischok ourselves at all. The bank had taken care of that in the end. During the whole purchase process (which is much more detailed than we expected), we had almost no effort, because all the bureaucratic work, the negotiations with various banks and the coordination with the notary was taken off our hands. We were also accompanied during important meetings with the sellers. The negotiated interest rate for the loan was even a little more favorable than we had hoped. We are very happy about that.

In summary, we had a very good feeling the whole time and can only advise every buyer to use the support of Mr. Dobischok. Many thanks again!

We got to know/feel Mr. Dobischok as a very nice and pleasant person. He advised us very reliably and took a lot of time for us to explain one or the other concern. He also picked out the best financing offers for us and then selected the best with our approval. We would not have to worry about anything, because you can tell that Dustin is very professional and does his job with high reliability and responsibility. Furthermore, you can see with the naked eye that he has a lot of fun advising people and helping people.This is expressed by his warm and courteous manner.
So if you ask us: ALWAYS again gladly !!! We are very happy to have met Mr. Dobischok and about further financing of course!
