Long version:

September 2023 I came across an advertisement for a house by chance. My partner and I lived in different cities
cities, so we only had a very short period of time for a viewing.
However, Ms. ten Eikelder was able to negotiate a viewing appointment at a very convenient time.
Her dealings with sellers and buyers were very respectful and friendly and I always had the feeling that all parties should be satisfied with the purchase/sale.
Mrs. ten Eikelder was able to answer all questions and provide documents so that the structural engineer and electrician could give their O.K. for the purchase.
She also took the sellers into consideration, which is why I can imagine recommending Dybeck Immobilien to my family when selling a property.

We decided to express an interest in buying after the viewing. Unfortunately, we had already booked a paid vacation long beforehand and were therefore unable to
start preparing for the purchase straight away. Mrs. Dybeck quickly allayed our fears that the house would already be sold after our 1-month vacation.
She did everything she could to allay our concerns before we left, for which we were really grateful.

After our return, however, the sale/purchase turned out to be somewhat difficult. An unusual situation regarding the property was the trigger for this.
Even the notary told me later that he had rarely seen anything like it.
But despite this, Ms. Dybeck, who was in charge of communication at the time, was always transparent and friendly.
She patiently answered all our questions throughout the entire purchase process and remained friendly and calm even when asked repeatedly.

Even on the day of the notary appointment, when a final, previously unknown requirement from the financing bank arose, she immediately set about offering a solution.

We can only thank her again for everything.
