We opted for an annual subscription for €138/month and 96 hours about a year ago. It worked quite well at the beginning. Then we noticed relatively quickly that the selection of tutors felt less and less and, above all, the performance of the system became worse and worse (bookings were sometimes not possible. Or we would only receive the information that it hadn't worked and then the email would say that it had worked. Often there was no confirmation email at all, but the booked lesson was in the calendar. And sometimes everything was extremely slow)
It soon stopped being fun and booking lessons was often a challenge.
Accordingly, there were hours left over at the end. When I contacted them, they offered me the chance to extend for 3 months for a small amount (approx. €80), without any additional lessons. When I wanted to sign up 2 weeks later, this was suddenly no longer available.
As a gesture of goodwill, I was then offered a 1-month extension.
In total, we had to let 18 lessons lapse, which put the advantage of the annual subscription into perspective.
Communication with the staff was nice, but lacking in content. In other words, superficial. The performance was always our fault first, even though we had perfect conditions. The expiry of the hours was always used, you could take out another subscription.
We are out, and honestly, I cannot recommend Easy Tutor as it has performed over the last 6 months

I find it interesting, I wrote an email to Easy-Tutor on 8.1. I did not receive a reply, which I interpret as a lack of interest. When I then wrote my evaluation about 10 days later, it didn't take long for someone to call me with the offer that I could extend for 2 months. That wasn't possible before and they had created the option especially for me.
Thanks for the offer, but it should have come sooner. I don't think that's appropriate in return for an optimized rating. That's why I didn't accept the offer.
