econnects really helped me to recognize my pitfalls in job interviews. I kept unconsciously making the same mistakes in interviews and simply didn't know why, despite many invitations to interviews, I ended up failing. It was very frustrating. I am very satisfied with econnects. The self-learning program is very coherently structured. It takes a lot of time and effort - but it's worth it. I particularly liked the personality structure test and the feedback from friends and colleagues was very consistent. That built me up. In my coaching sessions with Ms. Ter Horst, we then discussed current topics. Among other things, we completely revised my CV and discussed job interviews. Where I had previously struggled, I was then able to convince others. I can recommend econnects without reservation.
