I felt completely at ease and very well looked after at all times.
From the initial meeting to the valuation with Christian Steffen, from the preparation of the exposé to the viewing appointments and the notary appointment, Ms. Sarah Frein looked after me very well.
I always felt very well looked after and always perfectly informed.

It took just 4 weeks from getting to know each other to the sale, just great!

It's a shame that this pleasant time is now over.

I would sell/buy a property through EMM again at any time.

We had our contact with Tim Petersen. Simply brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
Regardless of the topic, Mr. Petersen was very competent and courteous. The contact went from the first phone call to the notarization more than perfect. He took care of everything and we got answers to questions in record time!
We can only recommend Mr. Petersen and the company Eifel-Mosel-Makler! There also remains the "broker pain" when paying the bill out, because it was really a service with very great satisfaction!

From the initial meeting, you knew you had a good broker.

Very professional handling. We have always felt well perceived and represented. We thank Mr. Steffen and especially Mr. Petersen for their commitment to the sale of our house. Mr. Steffen informed us in the beginning very detailed and competent about the approach of Eifel-Mosel-Makler and thereby created a good basis of trust.

For the further steps Mr. Petersen was a very pleasant advisor for us. With his objective and calm manner he accompanied us through the different phases of the sale. To mention here was the very good object recording, a fast preparation of the exposé and the very good coordination of the viewing appointments. In addition, he was always available quickly.
