We, the public utility company in Schwäbisch Gmünd, put together a management workshop together with Elfsights. It was important to us that the executives were integrated into the planning and allowed to jointly determine their need for action. We were very impressed by the methods, the design and the execution of the workshops. The "program" is not a standard one and is very varied and interesting due to practical case studies, exercises, tasks and methods. In addition, there was a lot of freedom for individual questions from the everyday life of the participants.
The Elfsights team made a competent impression at all times. The methods are up-to-date and set new impulses. The event was characterized by a familiar and informal working atmosphere within the group of participants.
