Of course, this can always happen. The appointment for the repair turned out to be difficult, after 2 Wo came the customer service directly from the neighborhood, as he told me. He found that the motor was oversized and he had torn off the roller blind. He wanted to install a weaker motor. I didn't want to bear the cost, since the motor still works and it was obviously wrongly planned from the beginning. In the telephone call with the customer service manager of the company, I was told very unfriendly and arrogantly that this would all have its order - in contradiction to the statement of the mechanic - and I SHOULD PLEASE CALL WHERE ELSE in the future !
To be honest, I have never experienced anything like this before.
The bill for 45 minutes of work including the journey was high!
