Poor
Just looking at the government grant. No real analysis. Construction costs unrealistic and from 2000 for individual measures. Long processing time. We did not receive the grant from the state due to incorrect information.

Mr. Janssen was precise and flexible with my ideas and also gave many tips on how to save energy beyond the project.

The neutral consultation was a really important measure for me before starting the renovation project and has given useful advice on the project, because I want to renovate the old house in partial steps.

I learned that the right sequence of measures is crucial to avoid duplication of work. The costs and benefits as well as the contribution to environmental protection of the individual project steps were also clearly worked out.
