The experience with everyone involved, from the initial consultation to installation and service after completion, has been very good so far. The fact that the documentation is not yet available is due to the short time between completion and assessment. This will certainly be done in the near future. The realization time from the first consultation to the commissioning of PV, Spreicher and Wallbox was also very short at 6 weeks. I have already recommended enerix Düren to 2 potential buyers.

I can only rate the entire process, from the first consultation to commissioning, as very good.
I can only recommend all the employees, starting with the (in my view) top advice on the installation of the system and the subsequent support with regard to administrative processes (insurance registration, market master register, grid operator). Here you can leave the project in competent hands with a clear conscience.
In my opinion, the fair price-performance ratio is excellent. I would handle the project with enerix düren again in a heartbeat.

I am satisfied with the execution of the work, especially in adverse weather conditions. My expectations were also rather exceeded in terms of scheduling. I was irritated that a larger storage tank was installed than initially agreed. Apparently an internal communication problem.

On the other hand, I am still waiting for the promised (remaining) documentation and passwords for my Westnetz account and the market master data register (6 weeks after completion). I last spoke to the responsible employee on the phone on 28 February. My call today (15.03.2023) ended on hold/AB. This clouds the so far very good impression.

PS: Despite successful email communication during the realization phase, the final invoice sent by email probably did not arrive here, but reached me after 4 weeks (on 28.02.) by mail and was paid by me on the same day. I suspect a typing error, because I continue to receive all other mails on the communicated address.

From the first contact at the end of July with a detailed non-binding consultation, to the subsequent planning of our PV project, to the well-organized and speedy execution, everything went to our complete satisfaction. Our main contact person, Mr. H., was always available for questions and requests. The assembly and installation work was carried out by teams from the region, who kept all agreements and worked quickly, competently and cleanly. Thus, the plant could be completed as planned with 9.24 KWp already in September.
All in all, we can recommend Enerix Düren without any reservation and thank all those involved for their very good work.

Wir sind von dem ersten Beratungstermin bis zur Übergabe der PV Anlage sehr zufrieden mit Qualität,Material,arbeiten usw.
Da die Lage immer Kompliezierter und schwieriger bezüglich lieferbaren PV Komponenten wurde mussten wir 2 mal Module und Speicher ändern.
Herr Hansen hat aber immer zeitnah gleichwertige Komponenten wieder angeboten und alles Termingerecht instaliert mit seinem Team.
Kompliement hierfür!!!!
Die komplette Unterstützung durch Herrn Hansen und Frau Esser war auch bei den Förderanträgen gegeben .
Wir sind rubdherum zufrieden.
Top Anlage,Top Team.

Average
Termine wurden mehrfach verschoben. Als der Monteur dann kam, musste er nach Beginn der Arbeiten aufgrund privater Probleme abbrechen - kann natürlich passieren. Im weiteren Verlauf kamen Termine erneut nicht zu Stande mit Hinweis auf die zu hohe Auftragsannahme seitens Enerix. Trotz Anfrage bei myenergi (Wallboxhersteller), wer als zertifizierter Monteur in Frage kommt und deren Hinweis auf Enerix, war die Einweisung mangelhaft. Der überwiegende Teil wurde selbst angelesen. Eine Einstellung in der Wallbox war falsch gesetzt, weshalb bei einphasigem Laden die Sicherung raussprang. Das Problem wurde erneut, nach Einarbeitungszeit, selbst behoben.

Bei der Rechnungsstellung fiel auf, dass der Bruttopreis der Wallbox (UVP!) als Nettopreis angegeben war und die Mehrwertsteuer nochmal draufgerechnet wurde. Bei Nachfrage kamen folgende Antworten:
- wir bezahlen ja mehr als den Bruttopreis des Herstellers
- ist ihr Problem, sie haben ja den Kostenvoranschlag so angenommen
- wenn wir das Geld an dieser Stelle nicht nehmen, müssten wir es bei den Arbeitskosten aufschlagen
Der Fehler lag im Rahmen der Kostenvoranschlagsannahme natürlich auch bei mir, trotzdem ließ der Umgang mit mir als Kunden zu wünschen übrig.

Unterm Strich: Definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung.
