From the initial consultation to the professional execution of the installation on the roof as well as the installation of the storage tank and the associated components, everything went perfectly.

Can only comment on the consultation: I was particularly satisfied with the advice I received from Mr. Sebastian Oberhofer. It is not a matter of course to receive such competent and honest information. In my opinion, many other experts should learn from him. At the present time, a solar system is unfortunately out of the question for me, but when the time comes, I know where I will turn. Thank you Mr. Oberhofer.

Our system has been operating perfectly since September 2021 i. We were only offline a few times, which could be fixed immediately. This time the process was a bit more complicated, but with a very detailed, understandable explanation we were able to put the problem to rest and have a full overview via the sun app again.

If I write that everything was done as agreed, then that may not sound exciting. But if someone is very precise like me, then it is a compliment. So the work was done cleanly and the technical values are right. The yield is even a little better than expected. Due to the currently high feed-in tariffs, it is in any case a great investment economically.

What else can you say about such a perfect team, everything worked out excellently. The working method of the individual teams is excellent, so many others can copy a large piece. Clean, correct and should something be unclear, then we ask. No matter who came from Enerix, you are always addressed very friendly and personally by name. Everything went according to plan, even if the weather was not so special.
There were already some of the locality there and have already asked. "It is a waste of time to look for companies that offer PV systems, Enerix does everything, does everything and in the end you are very satisfied"

Mit Erstgespräch, Beratung und Montage vollstens zufrieden. Jedoch bei techn. Anliegen z.B. wenn WLAN neu installiert werden muß ist man hilflos alleingelassen. Es wir einem zwar eine umfangreiche Anwort, welche Möglichkeiten es gibt mitgeteilt,auch eine Anleitung dazu gesendet, aber wenn man sich nicht darüber traut weil man älter ist und sich in Elektro-und EDV technischen Anliegen nicht so sicher ist, wird einem empfohlen sich einen Elektroinstallateur zu suchen. Ich hätte gedacht das auch hier diesbezüglich ein Service angeboten wird. Das dies kostenpflichtig wäre ist selbstverständlich.
