The consultation went without complications and to our satisfaction. It was unfortunately not clear to us that the inverter and batteries are delivered only to the curb and it is then our problem how we get it into the house. The installers unfortunately spoke no German and an understanding was not mgl, but a good solution was found. The electricians were friendly and did a good job. The communication is sometimes a bit slow after paying the full amount. We are optimistic that this will be improved. I sgrsamt can recommend the company despite everything.

Thank you very much for your evaluation.
Your criticism is justified and was suboptimal. In the meantime, we have our own warehouse and deliver all components from this direct. Unfortunately, the construction of the warehouse was delayed last year due to material availability.
In the meantime, we are building with our own German-speaking specialists who no longer have this language barrier.
The material availability and the shortage of skilled workers has presented us with great challenges, but these have eased again.

Recommendation
Unfortunately, I have been waiting for a working storage for six months. Memory is permanently in conditioning mode and can only be used between 30% and 70%.
Multiple requests for repair / replacement / return and alternative offer is completely ignored.
Even 1 star is unfortunately too much. The sale and installation went smoothly with appropriate lead time.

Thank you very much for your review.
We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with our service.
We also regret the situation that the manufacturer arbitrarily shut down the system and we are also in close exchange with him - and that with every customer.
Unfortunately, we as a dealer can not directly influence and change something in the programming of the manufacturer.

The manufacturer also offers each customer financial compensation for this failure. That's all we can do at the moment. When Audi's programming was "faulty", the local Audi dealer couldn't do anything about it either and had to wait for the new software.

I had also written you a message that you can call me personally and we can discuss the issue in more detail. Unfortunately, I have not yet heard from you. That you have written this review Anonymous, I can not call you on this unfortunately.
I hope that the plants run very soon again in 100% and you have again joy with your plant.

I am just thrilled ! Everything went quite quickly by today's standards. Despite supply chain problems and craftsmen shortage. Also the craftsman team that installed the elements on the roof was great. Also the two electricians who have connected the memory and everything were very good. Mr. Musholt advised me well and was always there for me when I had questions. I would always hire this company again when it comes to photovoltaics. Torsten K.

Sehr gute Beratung und Service von Herrn Musholt. Bereits beim ersten Termin vor Ort beeindruckte er durch hohe Professionalität, verließ sich nicht auf einfache Handy-Fotos des Daches sondern fertigte mittels Drohne sehr genaue Ansichten. Als einziger Anbieter hat er auch genau die Sonneneinstrahlung auf Ost- und Westseite des Daches gemessen. Dadurch konnte das Platzieren der Module optimiert werden. Das Cloud-Modell von Enerix/SENEC scheint mir im Vergleich mit anderen Anbietern auch das beste zu sein. Wir haben schließlich eine 9,9 kWp Anlage mit Batteriespeicher installiert. Die nachträgliche Bestellung einer SENEC Wallbox verlief problemlos und konnte noch gleichzeitig installiert werden. Die Elektrikarbeiten wurden sehr professionell durchgeführt. Nachfragen oder Abstimmungen zur Terminfindung wurden von Herrn Musholt sehr schnell beantwortet.
Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Beratung, der Ablauf und die ständige Bereitschaft, sofort Rede und Antwort zu stehen, seien es auch die "dümmsten " Fragen. Die Anfangszweifel ,ob die Entscheidung in eine solche Anlage zu investieren, richtig war, wurden mit Fachkompetenz und Sympatie einfach weggewischt. Auch die Handwerker absolut zuverlässig, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hervorragende Arbeit kann ich nur sagen. Insgesamt also absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns 2020 für eine Photovoltaikanlagen entschieden.
Wir hatten mehrere Angebote eingeholt und mit mehreren Beratern gesprochen.
Bezüglich der Beratungsleistung, der Kompetenz und dem Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis haben wir uns für Herrn Musholt von Enerix entschieden.
Zu keiner Zeit haben wir die Entscheidung bereut. Die Planung, Montage und die Nacharbeit war fachmännisch, schnell und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
Auch als im Nachhinein spezifische Fragen auftauchten,(Steuerlicher Art) stießen sie auf ein offenes Ohr. Daher können wir Enerix und Herrn Musholt nur weiterempfehlen.

Die kompetente, freundliche und unverbindliche Beratung und auch noch das bessere Angebot im Vergleich zu Mitbewerbern haben uns letztendlich veranlasst, mit Enerix unsere Photovoltaikanlage zu bauen. Dabei war das Angebot detaillierter und der Preis besser. In der Ausführung wurden alle Absprachen eingehalten und die Anlage wurde professionell aufgebaut und installiert. Dabei gab es auch noch die Flexibilität, ein Modul mehr als abgesprochen unterzubringen. Rundherum eine super Investition. Ich bin bestens zufrieden. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Sachlich und informativ. Wie ich denke, auch für nicht Fachleute verständlich erklärt.
Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man an den Kauf einer Solaranlage denkt, egal ob mit oder ohne (virtuellen) Stromspeicher oder mit Einspeisung und sich zum ersten mal mit dieser Thematik auseinander setzen muss/möchte. Sogar in steuerlichen Dingen bekommt man Unterstützung. Gut gemacht und weiter so.

Wir haben uns Anfang März auf dem Dach unseres Einfamilienhauses, eine mittelgrosse Anlage von der Firma enerix installieren lassen. Mit dieser Anlage sind wir ausgesprochen „glücklich“ und sehr zufrieden!
Herr M. hat uns nicht nur unsere Unsicherheit für die Umsetzung genommen, sondern auch eine wirklich vernünftige und leicht verständliche Beratung geboten.
