I was absolutely satisfied with the order support, the order processing, the installation of the solar modules and the construction of the electrical system (wiring of the system and the meter cabinet as well as the installation of the inverter and the electricity storage system) and can only recommend the companies involved in the construction of my system. From the very first consultation with Mr. Zabel, everything was explained to me very well and suggestions were made for the good functioning and efficiency of the system. Everything necessary for the problem-free operation of the system was explained to me in a friendly and professional manner, customer wishes were taken into account and implemented according to the available possibilities. All in all, it has to be said that it is a very friendly and professional team whose many years of experience and cooperation between the roof fitters and the electricians are clearly noticeable. The follow-up of the order by Mr. Heiko Zabel (registration and notification of the completion of the system with the responsible grid operator and registration with the master data register), as well as the entire bureaucratic process, were fulfilled to my complete satisfaction as agreed with me. An appointment for the necessary meter change was also found at short notice (3 weeks after completion of the system) with the responsible metering point operator. All the necessary documents were sent to me immediately. I can only recommend Enerix Oderland and will be happy to work with this company on further projects.
