Beach condo in Rio sale agreed with a buyer from Portugal. It took around 13 weeks to get interest. We had questions from Europe and the US and Canada but only one viewing with the person already on site on holiday to view my apartment. We agreed a good price and it is now with a Brazilian notary to finalize the deal.

We advertised two homes with this company and successfully sold the first our house in Abruzzo took just over 3 years to sell due to the enquiries we got being time wasters.

The second our apartment in Florida took just 4 weeks granted it was at a lower price..... but the marketing worked well both times to find interest for us it was sold to someone taking a holiday in the complex and decided to buy luckily ours was the only one for sale in the resort at that time.

We have since also listed a villa we own in Florida and have not got a sniff in the 16 weeks its been advertised... i guess its down to buyer taste or the market possibly with everything going on in the country. Cannot fault the communication or international advertising service 5 stars for communication they respond night or day.
