I find it very unfortunate that the repair of the skute already lasts over 2 months and I still have to wait because the Mitarbete can not even call the workshop what is with it I find very sad. The E skuter was not cheap. I find it an impudence that I am today the 5 times there and get imme still no INFO. I was yesterday already there I was told that I will be called. Still no ANRUF erhalen .... am seht disappointed:(

Absolute disaster!!! We bought a smartwatch with the condition that if the battery performance does not meet the specifications we can return the watch and get the money back. We asked several times and received multiple assurances. The battery had already completely discharged in the first night and we wanted to get the money back. This would be denied to us until today. Promises not kept, we are now going to the lawyer. Finger away from this store!

Unfortunately, the seller had no idea at all he knew nothing about the Artiekeln he sells. After a long back and forth, I decided on Fitbit. Unfortunately, the device has constantly decoupled from my phone, whereupon I decided to make use of the right of withdrawal and return the watch. On 16.01.2023 I went to the store to return the watch. Whereupon they said to me that they do not take my watch back because it is a hygiene artiekel. (I had bought a watch and no matter with whom I have spoken no one knew that a watch belongs to the Hygieneartiekel is yes no underwear or anything else). After that I was offered a repair. Thus I have the clock on 16.01.2023 in the repair abgegen. After a long wait and no feedback, I went to Bening again on 13.02.2023 to ask how it looks with the repair of my watch. What they could not give me an answer, the employees had promised me to call with the Fitbit and call me back. So I got in the evening a call from employees of the branch. He told me that Fitbit has assured me a credit for the watch. (Where I did not quite understand what I have as a buyer with the manufacturer zutun. Normally, the seller Expert Bening would have to give me my money back. So I know that). After I asked the employee when I can get my money, I was told that it can take a few days until Fitbit sends the credit. On 17.02.2023 I went back to the branch to know where my money is. Whereupon I was again answered that I have to wait until Fitbit sends the credit. On 18.02.2023 I decided to call myself at the Fitbit to ask what's going on. (Because in the meantime I have already bought a new SmartWatch watch and just want to have my money back because the watch has cost 269.00 euros). During the phone call with the Fitbit has turned out that my watch is not received by then. At least they can not find them in system. So thank you Expert Bening for nothing as it looks interested you customer satisfaction at all. So I still hope that I will get my money back at all. Today is 28.02.2023 I still have not received a refund.
