Leider müssen wir Ihre Frage, ob wir mit Ihnen zufrieden sind, entschieden verneinen. Wir haben unseren Kaffeevollautomaten von Siemens am 19.04.2021 (!) im Rahmen der abgeschlossenen Garantieverlängerung zur Reparatur am Standort Bautzen gebracht. Am 29.04.2021 erhielten wir das Gerät zurück- um zu Hause festzustellen, dass der Mangel in unveränderter Form weiter besteht. Seit 30.04.2021 ist das Gerät nun weiter zur Reparatur. Auf Nachfragen kommen keine verbindlichen Antworten. Ein Ersatzgerät wird uns nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Somit ist das Gerät nun knapp 7 Wochen zur Reparatur ohne Klärung. Fam. Soltwedel

Es ist einfach unverständlich, wenn ein Preis im Werbeprospekt angegeben ist und man diesen dann beim Kauf nicht bekommt. Da gibt es Begründungen, dass die Zuordnung nicht korrekt war. Der Käufer geht in jedem Fall leer aus. Die Auslegungsfrage erfolgt immer zu Gunsten des Verkäufers !?! Ist das kundenfreundlich ???

Kauf HUA P40 LITE E BLUE am 06.10.2020 entsprach nicht den Erwartungen.-Rückgabe weil Bedientechnik schwierig.Vorschlag: dafür ein Samsunggerät ( mit 100 Euro Mehrpreis ),dann wäre die Bedientecchnik des Gerätes, meiner Ehefrau, die gleiche Bedienung wie meines Samsunggerätes.

Ich persönlich kann und werde Expert Bautzen nicht weiterempfehlen. Beworbene Versprechen (Austauschgeräte etc.) werden nicht eingehalten und Werkstatt, explizit das Personal ist eine Zumutung.! Bitte ganz schnell nachbessern.!
