Vom Erstgespräch mit Herrn Frank Rathjen,in denen wir unsere Wünsche zum Bauprojekt darstellten, bis hin zur Vertragsunterzeichnung des Kredites wurden wir entweder persönlich oder telefonisch bestens begleitet. We are very satisfied with our financial advisor Frank R. and would recommend him at any time! He compared the best building loan offers on the market for us several times and adapted them to our needs. He was patient and helpful - even late at night and at the weekend. Communication was always pleasant, uncomplicated, flexible and fast. There was no trace of intrusiveness. Now that the contract has been signed, he is still there for us when we need his support. We honestly can't put into words how grateful we are to Frank Rathjen!
After the first phone call, we already felt so well looked after and understood. We had the feeling that we had known him for years and that he knew exactly what we wanted. No matter what questions, no matter what time, no matter what help we needed - Frank simply made everything possible and was always in a great mood and often took away our fears with his great manner. We would trust him blindly and would definitely recommend him to others until he no longer wants to 😊😊 This may all sound a bit personal, but that's how it was working with him - like working with a friend! Someone here definitely lives and loves their job. If we need help again, then only from Frank!

The advice from Mr. Rathjen was really very friendly and courteous at all times, as well as at eye level. We felt very well taken care of with him.
Even during non-standard business hours he was available for us, every inquiry or request was quickly answered or explained. He always took his time, so that we were extremely satisfied with his advice.
