Thank you Malcolm for coming to visit us on Saturday (thank goodness we managed to see you before lockdown). You have given us the tools we need to put the boundaries in place for Cash and to help him to eventually make the right choices himself. You have boosted our confidence and we can already see him responding positively to the things that we have put in place based on your advice. I was beginning to panic that we were out of our depth with a Border Collie (especially as another trainer had already said that Cash was going to be trouble)! You have reassured us that, equipped with the right knowledge and consistency, we can do this. It was a pleasure to spend 2 hours with you and we could’ve listened to you all day. Many thanks!
