As I had a viewing appointment not as the VK but as the K, I cannot go into all the points listed but can only rate them as neutral or not at all. In all other points it was a very competent consultation during the viewing I had the feeling to have been well to very well advised. Furthermore, the estate agent also responded to my appointment requests as I am usually fully booked due to 3 children and full-time work.

I am very satisfied, especially with the advice and the service overall. But even though I partly understand the broker's fee for small transactions such as my apartment, this part actually reduces the pleasure somewhat.
