What I find particularly valuable is the constructive exchange and the euphoria and passion that is exuded during the course - the topic of Feel Good comes alive. I also really like the opportunity for further exchange in the Feel Good Community after the course! This kind of community gives me security and development opportunities. The colorful variety of trainers is also very well chosen. It is simply fun and enjoyable to take part in this course.

They were wonderful days full of tasks, informative info videos and self-reflection. I personally got a lot out of it and I thank Sabrina from the bottom of my heart! :)
