On 09.01.2023 I ordered 3 items, (thought as a birthday gift in mid-March). Delivery date 1-4 days. Until the end of January weekly made an email request. None was answered. Then inquired by phone and it was delivered on 08 February 2023 a partial delivery (2 items). Of these, 1 article had already expired in January 23 and the 2nd still had a MHD of 14 days. Have complained by email and by phone. On the phone I was promised an immediate replacement delivery and the delivered items I should consume myself. Goods were still edible. The 3rd article came on 10.02.2023 and was with MHD July 2023 in order. Until today March 14, I received neither a replacement delivery nor a notification of my complaint by e-mail. This company did not answer any of my emails and I did not receive any notice about delivery problems or complaint.
I don't like to give bad reviews about companies, but I have never experienced such business behavior. Sending expired goods, promising replacement delivery and not delivering anything results in a service performance of minus 10 points. The almost 90% good reviews are all bought in my opinion. A further so this company, then it will soon no longer exist.
I will never order here again.

A respectable merchant.
Order: 15 kvass, 1 pickled cucumber. Delivery: 14 kvass, no pickles.
Short call: Kvass delivered immediately without any trouble. Pickled cucumbers will be delivered at a warmer time because of the danger of frost.
The merchant did not look for excuses, explained the circumstances to me, apologized for the miscounting when packing the kvass bottles and promised to deliver as soon as possible. And so it happened, without the need for additional inquiries. The dealer kept his word, which is not always self-evident in Internet trade.

My verdict is "EXCELLENT", Besides the offer, this concerns the customer service. Even if something is not so deliverable. The company, especially Mr. Mischa Mack, takes care of the customer himself and personally committed. I have experienced it these days. On request, they react immediately. Mr. Mack, respectively the company, take care of the customer immediately. I have now received this special service again. Everything was solved to my satisfaction as quickly as possible. I would like to thank them at this point. For this reason I will buy again in the future. My absolute recommendation. Great products from Hungary. SUPER

I already ordered several times for delivery to Belgium. Products are qualitative, meeting completely expectations and descripions. I simply removed 1 star on the delivery, simply because if you order for delivery out of Germany, you have to expect about 1 week delivery time (you just have to know it). That being said, you get notified from DHL as soon as it ships, which is good. For the rest, very kind customer service if you need them (some delays in answering might be possible, english or german).
Overall, I really recommend if you look for Hungarian specialties.

First the wrong one was delivered and was returned. After that there were delivery problems. Until today, my mails were not answered and I have neither received the money nor the goods! Grottiger service and never again!
