I became aware of Felix and his team through a recommendation in a Facebook group for real estate investors. I had already contacted several banks, but with the reason that I was too young almost without exception received rejections. With Felix, I was advised politely and objectively from the first contact on, I had to wait only very briefly for a response and it was all in one a very fast process. Especially for first-time buyers to recommend!
