I would really like to say THANK YOU to Petra for this time of upheaval and reorientation.

The weekly calls have not only opened my eyes and changed my mind a lot.

It was quite unexpected for me that suddenly my physical complaints, such as massive menstrual cramps and hip pain (according to doctors from bilateral hip dysplasia) had completely disappeared. 1 year of osteopathy and physiotherapy did not bring any lasting improvement.
After the 4th call with Petra, I was pain-free in my hips, and for the first time in my life I had absolutely NO pain during menstruation!
And it has stayed that way to this day (6 months later). These effects alone have made my life so much more worth living. I can dance, hike and enjoy my life again.

Petra uses her very own technique and has adapted to my individual issues and needs. So from week to week, I was always able to work on the exact issue that came up. And the insights were often very surprising and exciting.
Her warm and empathetic manner always picked me up and encouraged me when I got stuck or was simply overwhelmed by my feelings or 'problems'. After 2 hours I was always full of strength and energy again. Simply incredible.

Today I can use the techniques myself. This gives me security and confidence in myself and what is to come. I now know that nothing can knock me down because I can help myself. This gives me a lot of peace and serenity.

Thank you very much for that. I can only recommend this path to everyone. This investment in myself was worth every penny and I would book the coaching again at any time.

When I became aware of Petra's coaching offer, I was on the threshold of self-employment. Somehow, however, I lacked the right self-confidence to actually follow my destiny. Dear Petra,

When I contacted you/rock light, I was very exhausted and worn out. There were a lot of negative thoughts, fears, lack of self-esteem and self-confidence in my head. I knew that there was a way out of this tangle of feelings, but I was looking for it and you took me by the hand and showed me the direction and put me on the way. This was the only expectation (hope) and it was fulfilled or even exceeded, because you not only showed me the way, but also always showed me in the individual sessions to walk this path (self)-determined, to gain more and more surefootedness and even to see or rediscover other things along the way.

I embarked on a heart journey earlier this year with one-on-one coaching with Petra. With the goal to take better care of myself, to listen more to my gut than to my head, to set boundaries, to strengthen my self-worth, to feel inner peace, joy of life and lightness and simply to know again who I am and what my dreams are. Dear Petra, I have already done a 1:1 coaching with you, from which I have benefited very much and which has brought me a lot further in my personal development. The HEART BAND... what is behind it? I asked myself this question in the beginning, before we met for the first time.
I can only say that the experiences, insights and thoughts of the Heart Band have additionally supported my individual coaching with Petra insanely. The exchange with the other participants of the Band of Hearts, who are mostly in similar situations or can definitely understand what the other one is dealing with, did me a lot of good.
The "Herzensbande" helped me a lot to understand my behavior better and also to recognize what I don't want to do in the future and how I can change it.
The search for one's own vocation is not neglected either.

I must also mention the thoughts of the heart, which have enabled me to go through life more consciously. Here, the one or other surprise, which has finally arisen in retrospect, was and often remains. :-)

I was able to experience Petra Spitzlei's decision and her eventual development into a personal coach relatively closely from my personal environment. It soon became very clear to me that this would open up an interesting new field for her as well as for others. My first coaching was then fortunately given to me in the form of a birthday present, after I had behaved (from personal previous experiences) at first still waitingly and slightly skeptically towards the matter. However, when at some point the right day was found, I was very surprised and positively changed from this first coaching. For me this first date was comparable with a walk, with which I was allowed to look at the blockades mentioned to her before - the money earning for example - "like imaginary beads lined up at a stable wire", to dissolve during this and to watch these still waving afterwards. The real pearl necklace of it hangs of course for eternally preserved in my heart. This first contact with Petra's coaching has moved me to continue in order to be able to dissolve other things in my life that still bother me in the same gentle and steady way. I am now very sure that firstly it should happen and secondly it will certainly happen if one is guided here to the rock light !
