I am super pleased with Thomas Jannssen and his team. Everyone was highly motivated to make the best possible financing possible.
Someone is always available and it is always possible to get an appointment on site in a timely manner.
There was competent advice and quick processing, no questions were left unanswered.

Super team, always helpful and always available. Appointments are always coordinated with one that I personally find super if you have to work longer and thus can not accept appointments in the morning. All questions are answered in detail. There is always a lot of time taken to clarify any ambiguities.

We concluded both our home financing and our term life insurance policies with the help of Finanzhaus Janssen. The personal advice was very good in every respect, extremely friendly, competent and tailored to us. The distance between our home in Wolfsburg and Sögel did not play a role. The contact and coordination with Mr. Janssen and his employees was excellent.
In short: We can definitely recommend Finanzhaus Janssen and will remain a customer in the future.

We have been to Mr. Janssen several times and I must say that I have always felt very well received. Mr. Janssen always takes his time, always finds the best for you and discusses everything with you calmly, so that you are well informed as a layman! He is characterized by competence, intelligence and very close customer orientation. At the same time he treats you with kindness and respect.
When it comes to finances, an expert I trust and will go to again.

The team is also very friendly and helpful in problem cases such as insurance.
