I am completely satisfied! The contact was extremely friendly from the very first minute and every consultation was committed and comprehensive. At no time did I feel like I had to sign a contract. Instead, the advantages and disadvantages of the offers were discussed neutrally and all questions were answered.
Ms. Reinecke's expertise is impressive. I would have been in a much worse position without her help, especially when it came to private health insurance.
Finally, I find the digital way of working particularly positive, which makes it much easier to find an appointment and also to sign documents. Overall, the use of the technical possibilities is really exemplary!
I am very happy to have chosen Finanzmakler am Alten Rathaus.

My experience has been consistently positive. Super friendly and competent advice. Ms. Reinecke and Ms. Holzapfel take time to answer questions and solve problems of any kind. They are very personable, open-minded, honest and not at all interested in pushing any kind of insurance. The consultations are very customer-oriented and any contracts concluded are tailored to the customer's needs.
I have been completely satisfied so far.

I have only had good experiences. Whenever a question or uncertainty arose, I was given an open ear here. A lot of time was taken to clarify such things and also partly to accompany the process further. I was made to feel that they actually wanted the best for me as a person without making the most profit possible off of me. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands.

I found Ms. Reinecke and her support Ms. Holzapfel to be very friendly and patient. Ms. Reinecke gave me great advice and also explained everything to me in detail... even 5 times if I didn't see through it. She worked very carefully and precisely. My wishes and ideas were taken into account and I was able to conclude optimal insurance policies.
