The advice was friendly, competent and solution-oriented. The start of construction began on time as agreed. We were more than amazed that in this day and age there are still craftsmen with their own high standards, hard-working and precise. The result is more than satisfactory. Yes, we can say that our house didn't even look this nice when it was new. We give them an unreserved recommendation.

Recommendation
The scaffolders erected and dismantled the scaffolding quickly and efficiently without causing any damage. The cleaning and painting work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard.
One criticism was the two-week standstill between the building cleaning and the painting work. During the consultation, it was promised that the work would be completed within 2 weeks, but in the end it took almost 4 weeks. The weather did not play a role in this.

Facade renovation

The construction process was quick and unproblematic.
We received very good professional advice from the site manager, Mr. Donner.
The painting work was carried out by painter Detlef Lessau in a qualified and very clean manner to our complete satisfaction.
We are delighted with the result and are happy to recommend FIRA.

Although the work was originally scheduled for spring 2025, we were able to bring the date forward to August 2024 without any problems. The scaffolding was up in one day and a week later the painter was there and did a super correct and clean job. The site manager Mr. Wehner was on site twice and carried out the building inspection very thoroughly. We are now waiting for the scaffolding to be taken down so that we can drive our motorhome and car back onto the property. Your employee Ms. Annett Maties assured me today that she would take care of the matter.

I was very satisfied with both the execution of the work and the organization. The tradesmen carrying out the work were very friendly and hard-working. And even if this makes you shake your head, I think the idea of installing a mobile toilet is brilliant. It was the first building project in 24 years where there wasn't a lot of male traffic in my private toilet.
