Liebe Frau Sternemann, vielen herzlichen Dank für die zwei Yoga-Workshops während unseres Kick-Off Meetings 2021. Unsere Kollegen/-innen waren sehr begeistert und haben den Workshop in größten Worten gelobt. Das war wirklich ein Highlight! Sie haben es geschafft, Entspannung und Achtsamkeit ins Home-Office zu bringen und das mit nur einfachen Übungen im Sitzen und Stehen! … Wow! Vielen herzlichen Dank hierfür für zwei gelungene Sessions. Wärmstens (auch in Zeiten von Home-Office) weiterzuempfehlen, vor allem um ein bisschen Abwechslung in den Arbeitsalltag reinzubringen.
