We had to call in customer service in December 2023 because the heating no longer started. According to telephone support, something must have broken in the appliance.

"We decided to replace our old asbestos night storage heaters with a modern alternative. As our house had no oil or gas mains, the cheapest option for us was to stick with electricity. However, we were a little concerned about the rising cost of electricity.

A consultant from Fischer visited us at home and gave us detailed information about the advantages of Fischer electric heaters compared to night storage heaters. He explained how efficiently direct electric storage heaters can be operated, especially in combination with a room thermostat.

Conclusion: We have been heating with Fischer heaters for 2 years now and can truly say that the replacement has paid off and the costs have even fallen significantly.

The delivery and installation were carried out as planned, as was the collection of the old night storage heaters. I was actually expecting a call or email shortly after the installation to check that everything was OK. But then again, you could also assume that I wouldn't get in touch.

The planning of the number and size of the radiators was checked by competent Fischer Future Heat employees on the construction site before delivery. The delivery was prompt. The quality fully meets expectations. The control system works perfectly. After the first winter months in operation, I can say that the rooms are warming up very quickly and very comfortably. We would choose Fischer Future Heat again.

I previously had normal night storage heaters, which were very inflexible as they were only charged at night. With the new stoves from Fischer, most of which I have on castors, I have heat when and where I want it. With the radio thermostat, which I can place anywhere in the room, I can set the room temperature, night setback, switch-on and switch-off times and more separately for each day. The set temperatures are reached without any problems. Even though the stoves are a lot more expensive than those from other suppliers, I think they are worth the money. I am completely satisfied and would buy the ovens again. I can only recommend them to others.

My experience with Fischer Future Heat can be summed up in one word: GRANDIOS
Everything was right: The advice on the phone and on site: Excellent
The agreements were adhered to 100%,
The all-round service, even for the disposal and installation of the electrics under difficult conditions
UNIQUE and courteous.
The team was always punctual, friendly and helpful. The heating technology is state of the art and I now enjoy a cozy warmth throughout the house without fear of high electricity bills and each room can be set individually with a timer. I am happy and satisfied with this new heating system.
Five stars is still too few for this excellent team from Fischer Future Heat.

Super radiators, we are very satisfied all round. The price is absolutely right. Would buy these radiators again and again. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to replace the mini Phillips screws on the thermostats/heating controls with Allen screws, as these become round very quickly. There are also occasional contact problems with the batteries used on the control unit.
