We have worked with Mr. Fischer as a client for several years. Initially, apart from minor defects, the orders went quite well. At the end of 2023, Mr. Fischer had not kept various agreed appointments with tenants and had not canceled them, neither with us nor with the tenants.
When some tenants asked Mr. Fischer, he informed them that he would no longer carry out any work for us without informing us. When asked why he was no longer carrying out any work for us, there has been no reply to date and calls are not being answered. As we have always paid Mr. Fischer more than punctually, we cannot understand this behavior.
The problem is that it is not Mr. Fischer who is accountable to our customers, but we as the contractor.
Mr. Fischer's statement to our customers gave rise to the suspicion that we were not paying our subcontractors, which is NOT the case.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your excellent advice when we bought our floor!
I am very happy with the new vinyl floor, the light color makes the room look much friendlier and more homely.
Within a very short time, the apartment was inspected, the material delivered and the vinyl professionally laid.
The difference in height between the rooms was solved with a height compensation strip without affecting the closing ability of the doors.
I would have my floor laid by Fischer Parquet again at any time.
