Echt mal starke und inspirierende Videos ideal zum Nachmachen. Die Motivationseinheit hilft mir mich selbst anzuspornen. Die Pfunde purzeln fast von alleine. Tolles 8 Wochenprogramm. LG Alex
Nach meiner Schwangerschaft und einer langen Zeit des sportlichen Nix-Tuns, war für mich mein Haupt-Anliegen meinen Bauch wieder richtig in Form zu bringen. Um den Bauchnabel herum hatten sich im Laufe der Zeit kleine Speckpölsterchen gebildet. Ich bin super eitel und da ich dieses Jahr nach Kalifornien fliege will ich natürlich in meinem neuen Bikini am Beach am besten glänzen - das war meine Hauptmotivation ;0) So fiel es mir auch leicht eine Entscheidung zu treffen, nämlich mich voll und ganz auf das Programm von Marco einzulassen und es in meinen alltäglichen Leben zu integrieren, so wie das Zähneputzen. Mit der Kombination richtige Ernährung und den Übungen konnte ich mein Ziel relativ leicht und auch schnell erreichen. Ich schwebe jetzt schon in Vorfreude auf meinen Urlaub. Fitschlankundsexy kann ich nur weiterempfehlen - von mir alle Daumen hoch.
