The Twitch Live Viewer order was charged in full to the credit card but never delivered, "30" minutes delivery time, almost 24h now nothing... I am curious about the customer service.

So where should I start? I have been a customer for a month now and then there have been problems but overall everything has always been good, this month I placed another order which unfortunately has been fluctuating for a few days, sometimes it works and sometimes not, after several requests the problem was solved now and then but the next day it was there again. After I had to complain for several days, I asked today for a money back guarantee as the package had only been active for a few days and it would take a month, whereupon a consultant named "Niklas" was extremely rude and apparently felt personally attacked and said I should never place an order there again and look for another store, after I tried to make it clear that I have been a customer there for months and now asked for the first time for a money back guarantee even as a "credit" that the site offers, he remained stubborn and finally banned me from the live chat. I would like to know if he is having a bad day or why he was in such a mood but it is not the first time, unlike people like "Santino" who are perfectly fine and helpful.

I ordered two parcels. After 2 hours, nothing had been delivered. When I asked in the chat, I was told that it had supposedly been delivered. I waited another 16+ hours, still no change. After asking for any proof that it had been delivered, the chat employee became very rude and evaded the question several times. The chat employee wrote to me as if we were buddies, when I pointed out to him that we weren't even on a first-name basis. He said that I should look for another store.
