-clear definition of weekly goals
-Use of modern technologies such as calendar invitations via Zoom
-Constructive feedback on what was good and what needed improvement
-written logging of to-dos
-apart from the factual level (sales coaching), there was also a strong focus on the human level (why?)
What can be done better:
-You could make a form where you ask about the current situation of the coaching client. What is his problem and thus in depth the goal? Therefore, before the first meeting, you should already think about what your final goal is that you hope to achieve through the coaching with Francesco.
