We bought a freezer as a display piece, picked it up from further away. The processing was great, chest was even charged. The chest was in top condition, telephone advice from Mr. Baier and the rest of the processing really top!!!
Das Team ist super, kompetent und reagiert schnell. Herr Baier hat sogar das Unmögliche möglich gemacht. Trotz schwieriger Marktlage wurde unser Kühlschrank fristgerecht geliefert. Ich kann Expert Bad Kissingen nur weiterempfehlen.
Über Aktionen wird man vom "Chef"persönlich nur mangelhaft aufgeklärt und im Nachhinein mit "tut uns leid"nach Hause geschickt! Pech gehabt , Unwissenheit schützt vor schaden nicht ! Aber vor der Wahl der nächsten Entscheidung,Dauerkunde adeeeeeeee
Ein weiters Mal kann ich mich nur lobend über die Beratungsqualität und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter äußern und auch der Einsatz im Supportfall geht weit über das Maß hinaus, das ich als Kunde erwarte.

Sehr freundliche Beratung sowohl telefonisch wie auch vor Ort durch die beiden Damen, incl. Reservierung. Kommen gerne wieder.
Hatte meinen Vollautomaten zur Reparatur.
Beim abholen hatte ich eine überaus freundliche Verkäuferin die mir bezüglich meines Gerätes sehr hilfreiche Ratschläge gegeben hat. Bei solchen Verkaufspersonal fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben.
