The company Frick has carried out the heating system renewal in April/May 2022. Old oil heating out, - new pellet boiler from ÖkoFen with stratified storage, pellet fabric tank and solar collectors installed.
We can only praise the competent and prudent planning and preparation of the offer by Mr. Frick, the excellent workmanship of the team around Mr. Baldauf and Mr. Häcker in the narrow boiler room and last but not least the always friendly support in the office by Mrs. Busch.
However, there is a drop of bitterness: the energy consultant involved achieved the BAFA grant relatively quickly. But by the time he calculated the hydraulic balancing of the heating system, it felt like an eternity had passed. And in the meantime, we are still waiting for him to submit the application for payment of the BAFA grant.

The employees of the Frick company were all very friendly, worked cleanly and reliably! All deadlines were met. During the installation of our heating system, the employees showed a sound knowledge and were always available for questions. We can therefore recommend the Frick company without reservation! In July 2021, we were denied by the District Office HDH the further use of the oil tank in the ground, so that we were forced at short notice, a new gas condensing boiler Solvis Max 757 with Solar Thermie Cal 4 after very good professional advice by Mr. Frick in order to give.The installation of the gas condensing boiler took place with great expertise and craftsmanship to our greatest satisfaction mainly by Mr. Slimi still immediately before the craftsmen vacations 2021-thank you very much Mr. Frick, that you have made this possible at such short notice yet. The installation of the solar thermal system 4 Cala could only take place after the winter in April 2022, because we could not enter the roof throughout the winter because of snow and ice.We are particularly impressed with the gas savings potential of the solar thermal system, as in just 3 months of operation of the solar thermal system, we have used only 95 cbm of gas, equivalent to 950 kW, which is equivalent to just 8 days of gas consumption for heating and hot water in the winter.Particularly impressive is the saving of electricity, which is now 70% compared to the previous year with the old circulators.

The renewal of our heating system worked perfectly, from the initial consultation to the scheduling of the installation and invoicing. Unforeseen adjustments were implemented without any problems and the quotation was adhered to.
The installers took the time to answer any questions and provided qualified answers. The construction site was left clean every day.
Super detailed briefing, in which time was also taken to address individual questions and circumstances.

In case of problems that had nothing to do with the installation, the emergency service was on site after a short time.

Heating system renewal was on the agenda, so I attended an information event held by Frick.
Already got a very positive impression of the company and therefore arranged a consultation appointment. Mr. Frick converted our ideas and the given conditions into an optimal proposal for us.
It should be a hybrid heating with stratified storage, gas burner and air heat pump. The offer fit. Frick took care of everything, from the required electrician (Hartmann, Gerstetten - who, by the way, was also very competent and friendly) to the independent energy consultant and the subsidy application.
The construction work began at the end of March. The very competent, friendly employees taped the floors in the work area and if they had to do anything in the house beyond that, they always took off their shoes to avoid dirt/damage to the floors. The old heating system was quickly dismantled and a temporary hot water supply was installed, as well as electric heating radiators in rooms we frequented. The new system was installed quickly, competently, quietly and questions were always answered in a friendly manner. Every day the construction site was cleaned up in an exemplary manner and left swept clean. Any problems that arose were dealt with at short notice after consultation with us. After one week, the job was done.
The plant was explained in detail by an employee and handed over.
Everything fit perfectly. Invoice and offer did not deviate.
What we had never experienced from a craftsman company: We were supplied daily with fresh pretzels. This is not the only reason why we can unreservedly recommend the Frick company.
