In April 2024, Frick and his team replaced our existing gas heating system in our old building (built in 1994) with an air heat pump. We were very satisfied from the planning to the implementation on site. Mr. Frick and his team were always available to answer our questions. The implementation on site was extremely reliable, determined and of very high quality.

What to do if the gas heating system is getting on in years?

We relied on the expertise of Frick and have not regretted it.
With a heat pump, gas hybrid heating with heating rod and the new photovoltaic system, an investment package was implemented that was tailored to our needs.

Advice, planning and execution deserve the grade 1.
They listened and took the time to explain things, which is not a matter of course these days.

The scope of work was the installation of a Solvis Max heating system with gas condensing boiler and LEA 8.3 Premium heat pump, as well as a water softening system. The company Frick has carried out the heating system renewal in April/May 2022. Old oil heating out, - new pellet boiler from ÖkoFen with stratified storage, pellet fabric tank and solar collectors installed.
We can only praise the competent and prudent planning and preparation of the offer by Mr. Frick, the excellent workmanship of the team around Mr. Baldauf and Mr. Häcker in the narrow boiler room and last but not least the always friendly support in the office by Mrs. Busch.
However, there is a drop of bitterness: the energy consultant involved achieved the BAFA grant relatively quickly. But by the time he calculated the hydraulic balancing of the heating system, it felt like an eternity had passed. And in the meantime, we are still waiting for him to submit the application for payment of the BAFA grant.

In July 2021, we were denied by the District Office HDH the further use of the oil tank in the ground, so that we were forced at short notice, a new gas condensing boiler Solvis Max 757 with Solar Thermie Cal 4 after very good professional advice by Mr. Frick in order to give.The installation of the gas condensing boiler took place with great expertise and craftsmanship to our greatest satisfaction mainly by Mr. Slimi still immediately before the craftsmen vacations 2021-thank you very much Mr. Frick, that you have made this possible at such short notice yet. The installation of the solar thermal system 4 Cala could only take place after the winter in April 2022, because we could not enter the roof throughout the winter because of snow and ice.We are particularly impressed with the gas savings potential of the solar thermal system, as in just 3 months of operation of the solar thermal system, we have used only 95 cbm of gas, equivalent to 950 kW, which is equivalent to just 8 days of gas consumption for heating and hot water in the winter.Particularly impressive is the saving of electricity, which is now 70% compared to the previous year with the old circulators.
