Tina is an excellent coach which I consult whenever I need support in my personal growth as well as sparring with internal programs and initiatives in my role as HR professional. What I particularly appreciate is that Tina is challenging me and is always analyzing the root cause of an issue to find the best solution. It was really, really good!
I have been through a lot of very good training / coaching in 15+ years of leadership experience. I actually consider myself almost "over-coached". Nevertheless, Christina's offer appealed to me so much that I wanted to take the course. And I thought it was great! Because the coaching runs over 12 weeks and is timed so that you can implement and practice everything you learn right away and then discuss it with your team or with Tina - it is much more sustainable than if you "only" do a 1-3 day seminar. I can highly recommend this coaching and award full points for all points! Only with the questions about the premises I could not give an answer because the coaching took place online.

Very helpful mixture of video input (you immediately notice Tina Führ's professional background from radio and television) and joint sessions that directly encourage implementation (here the professional systemic background comes into play). The interdisciplinary and diverse composition of the group and the regular online/offline exchange help with direct learning from the implementation attempts and anchor the helpful methodology in one's own "method and tool box". I am a fan, full recommendation, best training!

I was allowed to participate in a module course on the occasion of an internal management training, which was led by Christina Fuehr. The knowledge was communicated very clearly and in a way that was appropriate for the participants. I was impressed by the way it was conveyed and felt I was in a good learning environment. Accordingly, I was able to benefit very well. Wish I had more of such engaging leadership workshops

Christina Maria Fuehr fulfills these criteria, renounces the self-promoting overpresence of most "superhipster coaches" and focuses on the essentials - you. With know-how, charm, empathy and without exaggerated frills, she leads her coachees at eye level to sensible solutions and approaches that actually fit into their own daily work and family life. I also particularly appreciate her selected and smart moderation, she always hits the right tone and formulates in the best way suitable for the recipient.
