I took advantage of Ms. Pötsch's color, style and type consultation with closet check back in 2014 after I gave it to my wife for her birthday and saw how great the advice was.
Since the style coaching, I go shopping in a much more targeted way and really only buy colors and styles that underline my type. I also quickly notice when something doesn't fit well on other people.
I can only recommend everyone to get this advice as early as possible in life, as you can save a lot of money by only buying things that suit you. Clearing out the closet is a painful experience because you realize how much money you have spent unnecessarily. Thank you Mrs. Pötsch!!!

I was extremely positively impressed by the enormous knowledge of Ms. Pötsch. For each topic / issue, she has a high level of theoretical foundations as well as a large number of comprehensible examples at hand on an ad-hoc basis. This cannot be taken for granted. Especially with the huge repertoire that is offered. I was able to use a lot of positive / learned things in my professional life as well as in my private life already during the 3-month coaching. I can definitely highly recommend Ms. Pötsch.

It was a lot of fun to find myself anew and I am infinitely grateful for all the tips.
Just a few days after our coaching, I attended a business dinner for the first time in my new position. With my white blazer, blue blouse and dark blue pants, I felt more than appropriately dressed, but also confident and beautiful.

Thanks to your makeup tips, I now look fresh and vibrant every day, even though I may not feel that way in the morning.

The trainer takes a lot of time for personal concerns and directs the training accordingly, which I myself found very positive.

Useful food for thought helped me to sharpen my own personality from the very first training session.

The accompanying workbooks were also well structured and coherently built on one another.

All in all, I found the training to be a complete success for me personally.

The booking of Ms. Pötsch was based on already existing positive experiences of an employee with 1-to-1 coaching.
The trainee training was designed professionally and at the same time varied and did not miss the fun. Particularly worthy of mention are the extensive and lovingly designed work documents. In addition to imparting knowledge, the focus was also on the direct implementation of what had been learned in the form of role plays as well as situationally appropriate behavior in everyday situations (real examples from the trainees).
A special "treat" was the presence of the dog lady and co-trainer Emma, who made it easier for introverted trainees in particular to open up.
Long-time employees would also have liked to take part in this trainee workshop.

We wrote to Ms. Pötsch to support us (father, mother, 14-year-old son). It was about how we can master the challenges of puberty together. She taught us basics for good behavior and appearance in public, at home and at school. She was able to give us many helpful tips and tricks that we could incorporate into our everyday lives. Our son also found the sessions very helpful and also interesting, although he was skeptical about it at first.
The program was very well structured and consisted of joint sessions as well as individual sessions for our son and us as parents. Additional individually designed workbooks rounded it all off.
The cooperation with Ms. Pötsch was very professional and pleasant at all times.

In my search for an image consultant and a transformation coach, I came across Ms. Pötsch. The initial meeting with your Gekonnt wirken Check convinced me immediately. Due to Corona and because I travel a lot for work, Ms. Pötsch accompanied me through the entire year 2021.



Her program "The Image Masterclass" is the best thing I have ever done so intensively in 1:1.



Ms. Pötsch has supported me optimally in the context of my personal branding as a manager as an engineer. We talked about the success factor clothing, success factor manners, success factor personality and success factor social competence. She knew exactly where my blind spots were and which screws I could still turn in order to be perceived even better in my role as a manager and to deal with my employees more from the heart.



We did the intensive opportunity and transformation program from your masterclass in online and in presence. She was very flexible in scheduling.



Her very intensive workbooks and high quality accompanying documents as well as the homework and to-do lists in between are very helpful to get into the implementation.
