Very nice, very competent. In his way very balanced and a pleasant work colleague. He worked out topics carefully and gave comprehensive and informative feedback on his activities with corresponding very good results in a reasonable time. In addition, he also worked quite independently - he recognized problems, risks and possibilities (looked beyond the end of his nose) and consulted on this with regard to further action. His work has hand and foot.
excellent know-how paired with very high commitment
excellent communication skills and solution orientation (especially in communicating technical/professional complexities)
excellent cooperation and high commitment
Gerhard Krusch was PO in my project. He has a very good eye for what is really important for the product development and which features can be classified as "nice to have". The user stories were always very understandable, which made it possible to work through them very efficiently. Questions were always answered in a very understandable way. Due to Gerhard Krusch's positive and sympathetic manner, he was able to motivate the entire team very well. I would be very happy to work with Gerhard Krusch in a team again in the future!
Gerhard has supported us very well for many years in the implementation and introduction of numerous projects with a focus on authentication processes. The cooperation with him was always of high quality. It was a lot of fun to work with him all these years.
Very competent in the topics for which he is responsible. High problem-solving competence. Always good, constructive cooperation. Very sad that he has left us.
