I really liked about Get The Flat that I could have my mind on other things while still knowing that the apartment search was active and I am not missing out. So highly worth the money to take the mental load of being always "on" while looking for an apartment.
When I was active and searching for myself, I was faster a couple of times which suggests that the automation is not as sophisticated yet and searches are done manually. Another indicator for this are the times when Get The Flat has actually sent out applications (mostly not evening and weekends from my subjective impression). Not a problem over all and expected for a company that is just starting up.
Just knowing that would have made things easier. With more clarity, I would have just known that weekend search is on me at this point.

Thanks to Get The Flat I received 2-3 times per week flat viewing invitations. Their platform is very affordable, user friendly and contact, in my case with Kevin was excellent. They wrote me a very nice and convincing application letter and were very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. They are fast in applying for flats. I appreciate their help and highly recommend their service.

Extremely satisfied with the service. We wouldn't have made it without them. Customer care was friendly, communicative, and accommodating. It would be great to be able to customise things a bit more on our end - but the support team actioned 1-2 changes we wanted within 1 day notice so all good.

Finding a flat in Berlin is super hard, everyone knows that - it is a full time job. However, with Get the Flat, they were able to send minimum 10 applications a day and especially with myself, I was searching for a place in a very specific areas. After barely two months, I got my dream apartment! Definitely worth the money, and a big shoutout to Kevin - he has been a great help!

Once the initial setup is done, they contact newly listed apartments faster than you would be able to. In 2.5 weeks they contacted 85 suitable apartments, which led to quite a few viewings and invitations for plenty more. We got a great flat in record time.

The team from Get The Flat was very active. I was getting the viewing almost every week which increased my chances. It took around 3 months to get a new apartment and during this time period, tge team was quite helpful and co-operative. I would surely recommend.

I can highly recommend get the flat. I only had positive experience. They were extremely responsive and I don’t think I would have been able to find an apartment in Hamburg without their help. Best money I ever spent! This saved my sanity.

With the current housing problems in Berlin, there is no other option than getting extra help besides the normal Immoscout24 and similar portals. Nowadays, no one is competing with other humans, but with bots. So, if you don't have a service like Get The Flat it is (almost) impossible to land even a visit to the apartments.
I spent 6 months just with Immoscout Plus and had only one visit. But, in the first week using Get The Flat (during the trial period), I had 4 visits.
They provide you with a nice set of messages, and you just forget to apply and can concentrate on something different besides looking for a place to live. Plus, customer service is great and personalized. You are not just one more user; you know they will help you and know your case.
I highly recommend the service!

NOTE: the categories with 4 stars are just because it would be nice if they help you apply to more portals besides Immoscout24. And the extra mile would be to avoid paying for Immo Plus and Get The Flat simultaneously.

We’re very happy with GetTheFlat! Their platform helped us filter apartments in the right area without overwhelming us with unnecessary listings. While the exact flat we first saw on ImmoScout wasn’t available, we contacted the company managing the building directly and they offered us another apartment in the same society — which turned out to be the perfect fit for us.
