The evaluation is based on less than 2 years of experience and only one project that is still in development. Therefore, all statements are only conditionally valid. I could not really evaluate many things, because I either lack comparative values or it came to no long-term cooperation. These points are rated as neutral.

I am of the opinion that GGT masters its field and can help well and gladly in core competence questions. Our project has somewhat different environmental conditions than normal and thus poses a different challenge to the slide bearing than in the ideal case. Here I would have liked to have had more support in the development and trust that a "not possible" will also come as an answer.

The delivery time for standard products is tiptop, but rather long for special dimensions. For me as an engineer, I would like to have a "sparing partner" with whom I can discuss requirements and solutions before I simply have to make a test purchase only to find out that I need another iteration.

I will certainly earmark GGT again as a possible supplier at the next opportunity, but will be careful to communicate my expectations clearly up front. Here, part of the bill is on me as well.

The world of bearings is a world in itself. Training for designers specific to products and designs could be interesting for us customers.

I would like to use your offer more often for repairs. However, the minimum order value of Fr. 50.- is a hurdle there. A small surcharge for orders under Fr. 50.- would be better.
