What makes me happy in a yoga class is to push my limits and end the class with a feeling of peace and lightness.
I recommend Gitta's classes because she is competent and very nice to all students! Well-being and balance between body, mind and spirit is my goal and with Gitta's classes I can achieve it!

Gitta has a very clear view of human interactions as well as extensive knowledge and experience. She can very quickly see through situations and name the deeper motivations of certain behaviors and thus give many very helpful recommendations. I found the. Coaching with her helped me a lot to position myself confidently in certain situations, to define my own goals and thus to act with more self-confidence. I am very grateful to her for this and can highly recommend coaching with her to anyone.

Through Ms. Glänzer, I learned how to develop myself. We started by looking at where I leave my power in everyday life, where I get new energy from, which drivers I have and where my personal problems in everyday life come from. In addition, Ms. Glänzer, with her open, professional, yet approachable manner, showed me ways and methods with which I can achieve my goals, grow personally, and find myself. In the 2 years of coaching I have experienced a great journey to myself that I can only recommend everyone to do a coaching with Ms. Glänzer once. Because Ms. Glänzer is more than just a coach, she became a companion who made me feel completely comfortable and understood. I will draw on the impulses, new approaches and methods for a long time and continue to develop myself!

Ms. Glänzer helped me to come out of my shell at a time when I was pretty much in my shell. She has access to a large repertoire of tools, which she uses in a targeted manner.
She made me feel comfortable and in good hands.
She helped me see my individuality as a strength and not a weakness.

For me, our yoga classes are always enriching. Gitta Glänzer gives every time experiences from her treasure chest that help us all further price and we have a very pleasant and with time also very homogeneous group on Thursday evenings.
