My daughter 12 years old hair was not cut as desired, the work does not correspond to the template (picture). The hair is crooked, crooked cut, much too short and after the hair cut she was completely full of hair(sweater, neck and back).
At school she is addressed; if your dad cuts the hair he should do it nicely.
In addition it was torn with the comb the earring from the ear, the only reaction: The earring is broken more not. No apology or no concession. The amount of money(haircut) is not refunded, because it is referred to the terms and conditions: Rectification is preferred. The relationship of trust is disturbed and my daughter does not want to cut hair there anymore.

We can therefore not recommend the hairdresser, this rating was also only given because no concession takes place. It was first looked for another way, because everyone has the right to make it up to us. I don't like to give a bad rating, but this is what Glanzleistung GmbH decided to do.
