Very personal and individual handling of the house sale from the meeting to the notary appointment and even beyond. Also in the conversation with the buyer of the house a personal and competent handling with a good service was confirmed to us.
Despite complicated inheritance settlement with different nationalities and different ideas of the involved parties about the offer price of the house, it came to an amicable solution also thanks to good information of our broker about achieved sales proceeds of comparable properties in the same city area.
Since we do not live in Hamburg, we were recommended reliable tradesmen, decluttering service and a lawyer's office (because of termination of a rented room apartment before the house sale) on request, so that we felt overall very well taken care of and looked after. Volksbank-Immobilien-GmbH seems to be very well connected in its business area.

I sold my property through h Hamburger Volksbank Immobilien and was very excited. Ms. *** did a fantastic job. After a short inspection of my property, I was given an expected sales price which was achieved. Other brokers did not want to comment on possible prices. With other large "players" in the business, I was called sales prices that were up to 140,000 € below the price that Ms. P. has achieved!

We were provided with a beautiful property, insofar we were able to successfully implement our goal with your help. We did not like the fact that decisive information was not passed on to us by the consultant, but was conveyed to us by the property owners during the second viewing. We found the tone of the mail correspondence regarding our initial concerns to be inappropriately relaxed. The purchase transaction went off without a hitch, which was pleasant and professional.

It was very good that the interested parties had already been preselected in such a way that visits were only necessary once in a very small time window. And not every day someone came. That from my point of view as a seller. Also the preparatory activities regarding the required notary appointment went very well.
