As part of the complaint about the new cooker hood, we would be referred to the manufacturer's customer service.
I could understand that in ongoing operation.
However, not here.

Imagine your new car purchase.
The car is at pickup with a fried windshield or defective tire and you HEAR: Please contact Continental or the windshield manufacturer." Not comprehensible.

Very good advice and for me surprisingly, a super fast delivery and assembly, which we would not have gotten with any other supplier. We would buy a kitchen from hano kitchens again at any time, absolutely recommendable!
