Die Betreuung bei Michael war sehr invdividuell und er hat mich überzeugt. Ich wusste nicht ob ich das wirklich machen sollte, er hat mir aber immer wieder geholfen wenn meine Motivation mal nicht da war. Ich habe sogar nochmal verlängert und kann ihn wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Hallo,

ich bin Tamas, Stahlbaukonstrukteur (Dipl. -Ing. - Maschinenbauingenieur).
Ich war früher schon zu dick, ich habe keine Sport gemacht und viel Stress + Blutzuckerproblem (über 7,0 mit Medikament) gehabt. Meine Ernährung war auch sehr ungesund und hektisch.
Danach habe ich mit Michael getroffen. :)
Ich habe bisher (8 Wochen) über 8 Kg abgegeben und mit Sport kann ich den Stress super ableiten. Meine Ernährung ist viel gesunder. Derzeit ist mein Blutzuckerwert perfekt (4,0-4,8 ohne Medikament). Ich fühle mich viel besser.
Jetzt kann ich schon meinen Leben viel gesunder leben.
Die Ergebnisse (Tag nach Tag) zu sehen ist super. :)

Michael ist der beste Coach !
Durch das individuelle Training und die persönliche Betreuung habe ich mein Wunschgewicht erreicht. In meinem Job bin ich sehr eingespannt und Zeit war immer meine Ausrede, doch Michael hat mir das Gegenteil bewiesen. Minimaler Zeitaufwand mit maximalem Erfolg! Die beste Investition, die ich in meinen Körper und meine Gesundheit gemacht habe .
Ich fühle mich so fit wie noch nie !
