At the beginning, I had no real idea how such a coaching would work. I had already gained a lot of experience in psychotherapy. Thus, I was familiar with many methods and procedures in relation to crises. Theory was therefore available. What I was missing, however, was to put it into practice. To a certain extent, I lacked the understanding of how everything is connected. Harald Roos has and is currently helping me to recognize these, to work on them, to focus on the positive in life and to look at things from a different perspective. I can say after a few weeks that I have made great progress. But one should be aware that it is daily work on oneself. Harald gives very good support here. However, you have to implement this yourself. For me, this is the right approach and I can highly recommend Harald at this point.

Harald is refreshingly practical in his approach to life.
He supports help for self-help and searched with me for the best way. One that fits for me and that I can accept well. What was important for me was his way of looking forward, using the rear-view mirror for a brief analysis at most, then moving forward consistently. I had the impression that he accompanied me well here and supported me in the right places.
I definitely recommend Harald to others!

Mr. Roos is a competent, respectful and empathetic contact person. Insbeosndere the appreciative and friendly approach characterize a level of trust on which it is possible to open up emotionally even in difficult moments. Mr. Roos sees and recognizes the needs of his clients, supports them with expert knowledge, important impulses and positive thought stimuli in their personal development. Mostly it is the difficult times in which we are allowed to grow - Mr. Roos provides valuable, human support to find one's own way and gives courage to go this way.
Whoever is looking for a place of understanding where one's own potential is seen and allowed to grow is exactly right with him as a coach. Keep it up!

In a few days I got a special look at language, words and my own problems. There were many enlightening moments that made me realize more than just seeing after all.

I am very grateful for this and would wish everyone to start this process for themselves.

After a heavy blow of fate I fell into a big hole months later. Harald's seminar and the fellowship with the other participants over three weeks really pulled me out of the heaviness. During the individual coaching sessions, I was impressed by the speed with which Harald grasped the overall situation and really asked the right questions. Great empathy coupled with exceptional clarity!

Harald is a super listener, much more, he asks the right questions and together you find the answers. Harald can very quickly put himself in his counterpart's shoes and thus effectively provide solutions. He knows and understands people and is a navigator. With him you define the path and can approach your goal with big steps. If you are looking for a goal- and solution-oriented coach, you have found him in Harald. I am always happy to recommend him.

What a man, what a lecture, what a message! From the first moment I notice that Harald has something special. After his first sentences on stage it was clear to me: this absolutely authentic, touching way of speaking combined with his special message. He lets us look deep into his life, his process and speaks from the soul of many people. A topic we can learn to talk about. Thank you Harald for the courage to raise your voice like this. Harald Roos is a person with an incredibly professional but also human wealth of experience. His calm and clear manner, coupled with the precise sentences of his lectures, makes people listen to him intently when he is on stage. When the former criminal defense attorney delivers his "Plea for a Fulfilled Life," the audience is tautly silent until the last exclamation point. Then applause! Perfect! Whoever as a high potential is in danger of stumbling emotionally, will find in Harald Roos the signpost for a better future!
