Headcoach Marc Uhlmann

Overall, I have had very good coaching experiences with Marc Uhlmann. I am particularly satisfied with the strengths coaching I had the opportunity to do with him as my coach the day before yesterday. Mr. Uhlmann was 100% present during the conversation and listened attentively to everything I said and addressed the topics individually. Throughout the conversation, I found myself in an understanding and appreciative atmosphere, which made it easy for me to open up. On this basis, there were always moments during the conversation when I was able to take away new ideas and a basis for reflection for myself. A big thank you to Marc Uhlmann for the new perspectives and possible solutions that he gave me to take with me on my journey.

I was enthusiastic about Marc's presence and the way the joint discussion was conducted. In addition, I was able to learn about myself and my strengths and had reason to deal with my own dispositions and was (also) independently stimulated to think and reflect. All in all, a very positive experience!

At the end of May 2022 Marc Uhlmann conducted a Strengths Profile session with me and in addition he presented my personal Human Design.
