While you have to press through numbers for ages on the phone in the head office until you have someone on the phone after a long wait in the queue, it was super fast here and the consultation appointment was also made in the shortest time. Mr. Huber advised me very friendly and informative. The contract was also ready within a short time. I can only say good things.

Mein Sohn und ich wurden sehr gut Beraten von Frau Mollenhauer. Sie nahm sich die Zeit und konnte alle Fragen beantworten und Bedenken beseitigen. Diese Beratung ist heutzutage ja nicht mehr üblich. Ist aber um einiges persönlicher und man hat ein gutes Gefühl. Vielen Dank!

Besonders zufrieden bin ich mit der absolut tollen Beratung von Frau Mollenhauer. Ich hatte so endlos viele Fragen und hab quasi jeden Tag diese Woche angerufen. Frau Mollenhauer war immer super gelaunt und hat mich immer mega klasse beraten, trotz der vielen nervigen Fragen von mir. Da ruft man als Kundin gerne an und man fühlt sich nicht, als würde man nerven. Vielen, vielen Dank an Frau Mollenhauer für ihre Geduld mit mir! :) 10 Sterne!!!

Er war schnell, sehr zuverlässig und kompetent!!! Er blieb auch am Ball und war dabei nie aufdringlich. Das Angebot für meinen Wald- als Haftpflichtversicherung - war das beste! Andere Versicherungen haben allerdings eine allgemeine private Haftpflicht mit in das Gesamtpaket einbezogen. Da konnte das Angebot von Herrn Korries nicht mithalten. Leider. Ist`n guter Mann!

Danke für das positive Feedback Herr Dose. Das mit der Privathaftpflicht ist immer Geschmackssache. Wir bieten diese lieber einzeln an (natürlich mit Bündelnachlaß), um bei Kündigung eines Vertrages nicht einen anderen Versicherungsschutz zu gefährden, weil dieser übersehen wurde. Wir stehen Ihnen aber auch in Zukunft gerne als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.

Ich finde die Kundenfreundlichkeit zu 1000% gelungen,ihr seit ein super Team ihr versucht alles mögliche. Ich würde mir keine andere Versicherung mehr vorstellen.
