I was so severely affected psychologically by various serious life circumstances that I urgently sought help. With Mr. Schmieder, I not only found absolute understanding, time and empathy, but also help (also to understand myself) in just a few sessions.
I can only be grateful to have found and consulted him and will always seek his help again if I feel I need support. You shouldn't wait until you can't do it anymore.

I went to see Mr. Schmieder because I have been biting my nails since I was a child and have not been able to get a grip on it with any conventional method - on the contrary, it has become even worse in recent years. I had a very well prepared (from both sides) hypnosis session with Mr. Schmieder, which probably solved the trigger in me - in any case, I no longer bite my nails for 5 weeks now and have the first time since my childhood presentable hands! Difficult to put the impressions and experiences in a few words, when you were allowed to take so many impressions . I was looking for a person, a therapist who also practices hypnosis. I did not want to take months with long talk therapies to solve the problem I had. But hypnosis is not without danger, and how to find a person who can do it and whom you can trust? In the search I came across the page of Mr. Schmieder and read that he offered a no-obligation get-to-know day the next weekend, where you could learn more about his work and him. Free of charge. I signed up there and was positively surprised because it was really informative, and all interested people got their questions answered patiently and could leave without an appointment. This "freedom" in deciding to tackle my issue moved me to try a session a few weeks later and after much deliberation. The mail contact prior to this was great, I got ALL questions answered and also received many pages of questions and information to get myself started with myself and my life. Then followed at the appointment a preliminary talk and then the actual session. Mr. Schmieder recommended a kinesiology session to me, not hypnosis. And in retrospect, that was exactly what I needed. This session impressed me so much because I first became aware of many of my unconscious motivations, my inhibitors, my desires and auxiliaries, and in the end I also found ways for myself to deal with situations and to transform energies, and I revived hobbies and learned to appreciate those who support me on my path. I came with a very specific wish, but it was not addressed at all during the session. Nevertheless, my problem, which I had come for, solved itself right after the 1st session. It was a symptom, not the cause... Cause recognized, symptom banished, that's how it seemed to me. I was not forced to make another appointment, as many other people like to do, but I should just wait and see what would happen to me in the next days and weeks, and come back when I wanted to continue working. I started to implement a lot of things for myself, some faster, some slower, but all without pressure and wanted out of myself. I think that is more sustainable when it comes out of oneself. If I feel I get to a point where I would like to get input from myself again but can't find it myself, I will definitely go to Mr. Schmieder again. I can really recommend him and his way of working without reservation.
However, I was open to everything - also unreservedly - and I think this also made it easy for me and so I quickly found a way to become aware of things and actively tackle them. In any case, thank you for this great experience, which still impresses me today, influences me and makes me think every day.

I have been suffering from agoraphobia (anxiety disorder with panic attack) for 19 years. I was in a very bad way. Most recently, I did not leave my apartment for 4 years. But by chance, alternative practitioner Adrian Schmieder in Frankfurt-Enkheim was recommended to me. I consulted him in February 2019 and after appropriate preparation I received a hypnosis treatment, which had a positive effect on me. I have suffered from anxiety attacks and panic for almost 12 years. I have previously tried to treat this with classical therapy and medication. However, this was mostly unsuccessful. After doing my own research, I came across hypnosis and right after the first treatment I felt a difference. In fact, I have much less anxiety and panic now. I finally dare to do things again that I avoided for years. This feeling of happiness is simply priceless! I would not have thought in life that after so few treatments, such a blatant success is felt! I would recommend it to anyone! I have never understood why I have these fears, because in my life never happened a bad fate. I felt very well looked after and understood by Adrian Schmieder. I found the basis of trust more than good.

I have already been to several sessions with Mr. Schmieder and am very enthusiastic and impressed by how quickly and well the hypnosis has helped me.
According to my impression, Mr. Schmieder knows exactly what he is doing and has made my life much more colorful, lively, free and relaxed at the same time through the hypnotherapeutic support. I have been interested in hypnosis before and have been to two other hypnotherapists. Unfortunately, the sessions with these quickly slipped into an esoteric mishmash and did not help me.
