Good mix of theory and practice / experiential learning

I took part in a seminar on the topic of 'Safe and Calm in Stress'. I learned a lot about how stress arises, where it comes from and what causes it. Since then, this has helped me personally to better understand the background to what actually happens to me in such situations. In addition, supervised group work dealt with personal stress factors and how to deal with them.
In the subsequent stress test and the evaluation interview, Mr. Kracke dealt with my personal concerns in great detail and explained the evaluation and its background very well.
I would recommend this to anyone and will gladly advise employees to go to Mr. Kracke for prevention.

With a very successful mix of theory and practice, one was excellently introduced to the topic of stress, symptoms, exhaustion syndrome and early, proactive countermeasures in a seminar. I particularly liked the consideration of the individual, personal risk and, based on this, the recommendation of concrete measures and methods that were previously learned in the seminar.
